Project Summary
Creating unique bot experiences help the customers get the information they need or route them to the right Crew. The admin can set up the bot to ask questions and gather necessary information. And the bot can chat with the customer or trigger automated actions including appointments, agreements, and payments directly in the Conversation for a seamless experience. Once the admin created the bot experiences, each Experience has a unique link that can be included in social media posts, email campaigns, QR codes on physical media, buttons on your website, or a live chat widget.
